Terms and Conditions

 Please allow 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Your consideration of this policy allows you and other guests more freedom to enjoy the services and times that work best for you. We understand circumstances may arise that do not allow you to show for appointments. Please note if there are more than two no call, no shows for a guest we may require a credit card to hold the appointment. The card will be charged for the appointment missed. Cancellation fee is dependent upon services scheduled, starting at $25.  

Please check in 10 minutes before your service. Enjoy a complimentary cup of Aveda Comforting Tea and begin your sensory journey.  We understand that unforeseen events occur.  Please let us know if our appointment needs to be rescheduled.  Late arrival may result in the need to reschedule your service in order to give each of our guests the best experience and respect.                   

We never like to hear that you aren't feeling well and wish you the most speedy recovery! If you are feeling under the weather, please do not hesitate to give us a call to reschedule your appointment. We want to serve you the best way possible and sometimes that is allowing you the time to heal at home. We care about you, the protection of our staff, and all guests we see throughout the week. **If you are on antibiotics, we ask that you be cleared by your doctor and not contagious before receiving any spa service. Please note that your service provider will provide a consultation and help decide whether or not it is appropriate to continue with your service that day.** 

 The atmosphere at J.Nicolle Salon & Spa is relaxation based. We ask that children only be in the salon if they are having services. This allows for yourself and other guests to have the ultimate relaxation during services. Many of the J.Nicolle Team have children. Please know we still love and enjoy them!
